About
AI that helps cities help people.
We believe getting help from your city should feel as easy as asking a neighbor.
Our mission
Make it easier for every resident to find the right municipal service, understand their options, and take a meaningful next step.
Who we serve
Municipal governments and their service teams, plus the residents and families they serve.
How we work
Partner with cities, learn from communities, build with safeguards, and measure the impact.
Our foundation
PollyCity is an initiative of Polly X, Inc., built on capabilities from the PollyBot AI workforce platform. It is distinct from official city services until a municipality authorizes a deployment.
